Having recruited successfully for middle management to board level appointments since 2001, Stephanie's considerable experience has been spent in both global and niche boutique agencies. Ever positive and pragmatic (when life throws you a lemon, make lemonade), her Fulham upbringing persuades her that it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

Lilian Drury is a Gloucestershire-born Senior Consultant, who totally identifies with the idea that your whole life is a series of distractions designed to get you out of bed. In her more vertical moments, she's a tell-it-like-it-is property career consultant, who has an excellent rapport with both clients and candidates. Disciplined, thorough and purposeful, thanks to a spell at Her Majesty's pleasure (in the British Army), she loves winding people up and admits to wanting to take over the world when she grows up.

Tom Lambourne

Tom Lambourne, a native East-ender, wants to become an ambassador for world peace. In the meantime, he is all-systems-go in Bow, as divisional manager of our Residential Property sector.

With 5 years' recruitment experience behind him, both clients and candidates enjoy his wicked wit, easy manner and intuitive understanding of the marketplace. He says he wants the world to take him seriously. Currently, he is helplessly hooked on Snack-a-Jacks.

Charlie the Dog

Charlie the Dog is the office PA/mascot, but definitely not a general dogsbody. An enthusiastic meeter and greeter, he has a real nose for job opportunities and can sniff out a potential candidate without even looking at the CV. Gentle, frisky, but usually well-mannered, Charlie's bark is definitely worse than his bite, except when he's hungry. In fact, once he's got his teeth into a project, he doesn't let go. Wants to be an Alsatian, but don't all small dogs?
